- BJB K Mace JuniorAug 21, 20265.0Best Post Office in Spartanburg County hands down I’ve used the USPS a thousand times or more the past 9-12 months I have the receipts 🧾 and I’ve went through trials and tribulations but this location is the absolute best the Lady in there is the best the man is the best aswell. I also use Boiling Springs at times and Drayton both have been good. This location close between Holmes lunch and westgate mall is the best thanks for your services

However I am extremely dissatisfied with the US POSTAL SERVICE. I sell items on ebay and this entity has lost like half of the items that i have shipped using their service. I've had to refund people their orders because this entity does not deliver. And they meet you with the response of file a claim online, I shouldn't have to file a claim on 30 items per month because your service is terrible, I pay you to deliver a package not for you to lose the package, what a waste of tax dollars.
- SWSusan WhitehillJun 18, 20261.0Delivery from this location is ridiculously bad. My neighborhood rarely gets delivery every day, and when we do, it’s after 6 PM. After no delivery on Monday, I stopped the carrier on Tuesday and she said there’s no regular carrier assigned to my neighborhood, which has been here for almost 10 years. So I guess we get the luck of the draw when it comes to getting someone to actually bring our mail to us and pick up outgoing mail from our boxes. Calling the post office does no good because they no longer answer the phone. Instead of trying to do better, they choose to just not hear complaints.
