- SWSusan WhitehillJun 18, 20261.0Delivery from this location is ridiculously bad. My neighborhood rarely gets delivery every day, and when we do, it’s after 6 PM. After no delivery on Monday, I stopped the carrier on Tuesday and she said there’s no regular carrier assigned to my neighborhood, which has been here for almost 10 years. So I guess we get the luck of the draw when it comes to getting someone to actually bring our mail to us and pick up outgoing mail from our boxes. Calling the post office does no good because they no longer answer the phone. Instead of trying to do better, they choose to just not hear complaints.
- SSSamJun 17, 20261.0the blond white lady and the black lady are extremely rude and I dread coming here every time I see they are working that day. the older gentlemen is extremely kind and knowledgable, and makes this location tolerable in any way he can. they also just dont listen!! my family has tried to put our mail on hold several times on different occassions when we were on vacation, yet they came by our house and just kept stuffing mail into our box. almost two weeks of mail just shoved and crushed into the mailbox. if the other postal service wasnt so far away, id go there instead.
