  I usually don't review places very often but the guy named, I think it was, chason or jason? He needs to get a pay raise for his fabulous work ethic. One of the other employees that was also really nice to me asked him if he could help bring the heavy return item out of my car and he did very nicely and was very understandable. I was so nervous that they weren't going to do it because I know it's not usual to have an employee come out to the car to help with the package I don't think but Jason/Chason understood and was totally chill about it. He even said that even though some of the tape was falling off from the bottom of my package for some reason that they can patch it up when I dropped off the package and they have no issue with me dropping it off like that. I absolutely love the employees there this morning at when they opened at 8:30 is Friday morning. If you see this, Jason / Chason, please know that I thank you for your kindness and understandability and help. You don't know how nervous I was to ask for help with the very heavy package from my car. And you made it incredibly easy as well as the other very nice employee lady that was there to help at 8:30 this morning as well. 😊

  OK, so I see that the review that I posted this morning has been taken down I guess that means you condone the action of the staff at the east Main St location. That speaks highly of you, doesn’t it? lol wow

  Literal worst most inconvenient location ever. It's not the employees but this location never has any good reception so if you need to send anything or have a label sent to them good luck getting reception to send it from your phone. This has happened to me way more times than I can count and if it wasn't the only place close by I would never go there again.

  Usually get good service here, but today I was next in line and one women was available but clearly texting on her phone while at the register, so I had to wait before she called me up. After I got to the counter, she had to redo the transaction 3 times, because of some mistake and to make that worse in the middle of that another employee from the back came up to show her something personal on her phone, the other lady never said excuse me or anything, it was quite rude and as if she needed to be distracted anymore when she was already having issues completing my transaction.
