  They marked my package delivered when it wasn’t. I went in person to have them help me and they did not like the fact that I went to ask what happened to my package. They kept telling me it was delivered when clearly it wasn’t. They told me to check my box and front porch and disregarded me without further help.

  The post office desk employees always seem great and in the years we've lived here, we have never had issues with them. The mail lady we've had from this post office the past 4+ years is a different story though. I've got her on video throwing packages 5-10 feet to the door more than once at my house and the house across the street. If it's raining, be warned. She just will not stop. I've submitted them to USPS customer service and was told the matter would be looked into. Last week I think word got out because she slammed the package down hard than slapped her hand on top of it. She drives very quickly, almost always talking on her phone or texting, and never stops at stop signs in our neighborhood where the speed limit is 15 mph. You have a package? It's a gamble if she'll deliver it on time or claim you weren't home or even say that delivery was attempted while she drives right past you. Amazon Prime has refunded me at least 7 months of prime service because of late packages. I went to the post office to discuss the matter and was told she does not like to deliver boxes after getting her nails done and she's always been that way. Are you kidding me? Two days ago we had a very small box due for delivery, I was on the porch talking on the phone when I watched her speed by. She stopped at the mail box, put normal mail in the box, and drove right by our house. About an hour later I got a notification from Amazon that "delivery was attempted but no one was home". The next day, she didn't even try to deliver it and no update on the tracking in 3 days now. Amazon says to contact the post office and file a complaint. They just credited me another month of Prime now. I'm going to make a compilation all my videos of her speeding, blowing through stop signs, talking/texting while driving, and tossing packages and see how the USPS Twitter page likes the publicity.
