We requested next day shipping (at no point in the transaction did they tell us they do not offer 'next day'). They charged us $30 more than the post office would for the same service. Our recipient still has not received the mail. Customer service has been snarky, rude & dismissive of the issue. We have a right to be frustrated for paying $60 to ship an important document that the delivery expectations have not met. Go literally anywhere else to mail anything important. Horrible experience, horrible service.
