Why does website say 400pm if it's closed, an another disappointed person along with me was trying to get their package too. I've had 3 ladies in my family that actually were great postmasters apparently not these days.

They do not deliver even small packages to rural boxes, so, since hours are varied and iffy, it presents quite a challenge to know when to make the trip to there to retrieve said pkg.
