Had to go to the Post Office the first time only to find a stack of mail that wasn't being delivered to my mailbox. Some of it time-sensitive. Now my son is missing something for school because the Post Office won't be open until 9 on Monday. Will be escalating to a higher authority because this is frustrating.

Now, we were awaiting medicine and the USPS tracking number said it was delivered. I visited the local post office approximately 1 hour ago and the medicine and additional mail were hand delivered to our door by Stacy. It turns out that at a neighboring cluster mailbox in our apartment complex that there was a mailbox with our number. That number has been eliminated by Stacy. Tremendous thank yous and kudos to Stacy and our local postmaster. Stacy went above and beyond to help us!
