    Do not mail your packages at this new UPS!! We were so happy they opened in Santee. We sent out a pkg. for our Son with money and expensive items for his birthday in UpstateNewYork. It was the Saturday before Memorial Day. They said because of the holiday it wouldn't arrive till Thursday it didn't arrive. Then they said its in route & would arrive Monday till 9pm. We'll today is Tuesday and it didn't arrive!! My husband went to the Santee UPS to see why? Come to find out last Saturday the UPS employee shipped to the wrong zip code! They didnt check before sending it out. Thats an oversight that should not happen. Santee UPS gave my husband a number to call. He was on the phone half the day with 4 different people. Finally a nice lady Vivien helped us, prayers my son receives his gift eventually. EXCUSE ME SANTEE UPS HOW CAN YOU SAY DO NOT BLAME YOUR STAFFFFF! WHEN IT WAS PROVEN TODAY YOUR STAFF TYPED IN THE WRONG ZIPCODE!! UPDATE! My son finally received his pkg almost 2 weeks later. Well the pkg was damaged & gift inside broken. At this point we didn't want to deal with UPS we bought our son another gift & sent it out Santee PostOffice if arrived to him in 5 days intact & gift wasn't broken. UPS should of searched for our Son's pkg they sent it to the wrong address. Instead they gave my husband a phone number to search himself thats just so wrong. Ps. A bit of advice UPS get rid of the solid red hotel double doors it doesn't look professional you need window doors so its not so dark inside.

    This has to be the best kept secret in the Santee area. While there are a number of UPS outlets in the area, this is a fledged store. The next nearest one is 35 miles away. The staff are great and friendly. This place needs more exposure!
