The staff is super friendly and patient, even if you aren't prepared with all of the right information (because you rarely ship things). The team has good synergy and keeps a good vibe. Nothing but smiles while they helped us out!
- DLDebbie leppardSep 10, 20261.0I had a package that required a signature sent to the UPS store so I wouldn't have to be home all day to wait for it. I got a notification at 11:59 that the package had arrived. Just before 1 o'clock I went to pick it up. They said they knew it was there but couldn't find it. I looked at the app and it said the package had been picked up at 12:24. There were at least 5 or 6 employees at here including Hari which I think is the franchise number. The took my phone number and ask me to give them an hour to find it and they would call me. After several hours passed I called back and they told me that someone had come in and ask for the package by my name and that they presented an ID with my address and signed for the package. I ask for a name since no one knew I was expecting a package and no one has an id with my address except my husband and I. I was told they were unable to reopen the transaction once it was complete and could not give me a name. I asked if they had cameras and they said they didn't know which I also found strange after I figured out that one of the people I spoke to was the owner. I called the shipper and they agreed to investigate and not hold me responsible. After a few days of worry, I decided to call UPS corporate. They told me that although a signature was required that the UPS store had released the package without a signature. I can forgive an honest mistake but they told me a blatant lie. I am just glad I didn't trust them with something irreplaceable. From now on I will only use them for Amazon returns and make sure I keep my receipts. They are not only careless but dishonest.
