    Polite and friendly. Did not have to wait to long. Only issue is I checked rate online and it did not match store rate store was more by 11. I asked the girl and she could not give me an answer. If anything rate should have been less as I over estimated weight by 2lbs. When doing online rates they should be accurate and if not you should match the rate that is online not charge more. It's not to hard to enter destination, dimensions and weight to get a quote. Did it 3 times online to verify and every time cam up same price so I would know what to pay at store. This I have a major problem with but that has nothing to do with the people working at the store so I do not hold it against them or their review. This issue should be addressed!!!

    “The nice young lady who was working around 8:30 AM on Monday, March 23, 2026, was absolutely amazing. She multitasks efficiently and made sure everything moved quickly, getting customers in and out with ease. She also has an outstanding personality. Truly a great experience!” Thank you so much UPS Store your entire staff is amazing 🙂

    The level of customer service here is very disappointing. Often, there is only one person working behind the counter even though there are several people in line. The last time I went in, there was an employee who kept telling me to use the self-service scanner. Since there was only one person in front of me, and I had time and didn’t know what to do with my package even if I used the scanner, I remained quietly and politely in line. Someone came in after me, and the female employee immediately called him to her register even though I’d been standing there several minutes. After he left, I went to her line and put my package on her scale and she immediately asked me if there was a problem with the scanner. Her tone was rude compared to the tone she used with other customers. I shook my head no but she kept pressing me asking if there’s something wrong with the scanner. I replied not that I know of and I didn’t feel like doing her job for her. That comment was met with offense and open hostility. It was rather scary. As I left, the other employee told me the scanner was there for my convenience. I replied that I waited quietly and politely in line only for her to wait on the man who came in after me. I pointed out that I’ve paid for this mailing label and it should include customer service. Then I left. Honestly, why keep telling me to scan my own package but not have the same expectation for other customers? There was no marked container or sign indicating what customers should do once they scan their packages. And as I pointed out to the male employee, the company that created my label is charging me for the return. I think that fee should include having UPS accept my package without attitude and without expecting me to scan and do who knows what else. Even Walmart has cashiers for those who don’t want to do self checkout! Again, if you’re going to expect customers to use the self checkout, post directions and expect all customers to use it rather than being so selective. Interesting how the female employee didn’t expect the male customers to use it.
