- ARAmanda ReidSep 16, 20261.0Set up to have my package that required a signature picked up from this location. My package was delivered to this location at 9:49 am. Stopped by after work to pick it up. Had my id to verify it was me since it needed a signature. Was told that someone @ 11:50 am picked it up. Clearly it was not me. Said they verified the last name only and not the address. No I dont have my package. The owner HARI PARVATANENI was there said well someone must have known that you were getting a phone, and came in before me to pick it up. I said I had just set up the pick up at access point. So that would not be possible. These location is terrible. Refused to file a claim on their end said there was nothing they can do. He also stated that that wasnt the first time that had happened... seems like an inside job if you ask me. Corporate is not gonna help either since this is just a franchise... looks like im not the only one who's had an issue with this location. Seems like people should be checking names and address and getting signatures before handing over other people's items. And maybe some retraining is require. Will not be going back to this location ever again
