Despite being busy with being with only one other person she kept her composure, & reminded grounded while giving me the service I needed. Truly an all star. ❤️❤️❤️

- LJLacreasha JohnsonJul 8, 20261.0I received terrible service at this FedEx location. The woman worker with the dreads do not have good customer service skills. I came in at 6:40 pm and she was helping another customer. She asked me if I need my stuff shipped and then she proceeded to help the customer. Two more customers came in and she then proceeded to help both of them first and then at 7pm finally came to me and said I can't process your packages because we are closing at 7pm. Common sense would tell any employee to tell the customer at 6:40 that it's too late to ship instead of having them wait 20 minutes and then tell them I can't ship because we are closed. I really believe that she didn't feel like helping me and was in a hurry to leave that's why she said at 7pm she can no longer ship. She needs to be retrained and learn some common sense... not to waste ppls time and skip customers.
