adecco isnt not a very understanding hiring group which could be expected as Ross Distribution Center in Rock Hill isnt a good job at all. Ross Distribution does not care about their associates or how much their associates do. all they care about is your production, how much money youre generating the company, and if youre here everyday. you receive 10 points initially but if youre have life going on or someone you love passes away, they dont have anything to tell you except “thats why you get 10 points” if you used up your time because of death in the family but then you have a medical emergency, they will still terminate you despite your life being on the line. i would advise anybody who is thinking about working here to CHANGE YOUR MIND!!!!!! the company do not care about you at all none whatsoever and theyve had people literally drop dead in this facility and they put boxes around them and just tell us to work around it. people die and pass out in here often and nobody has anything to say. they just try to keep it hush hush and sweep it under the rug as if these arent real people.
