Both times, when I reached out to resolve the issues, the post master, Jeanette, has been EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE and worked quickly to resolve the problem. She contacted me immediately and continues to follow up to find resolutions, not only for my mail but also for my neighbors. Our mail carrier has also been very willing to help find solutions for us.

I had a letter going out on Friday May 31 and it never got picked up until Tuesday June 4 only because I call and complain about it . So he delivered for 2 days and then again Thursday June 6th I had a priority package to be picked up and he never came to pick it up. I called the post office and she told me he was still doing the route. So I waited until 6 pm and he never showed up. And The Post Office Wonders way they are in trouble.next time I will us Fedx or ups. 🤬😤
