Like today saying they attempted to deliver my mail but my mailbox was full. My mailbox was not full but the package I ordered wouldn't even fit in my mailbox thats how I know they lie. I never ever get my stuff when I am supposed too. Its always says out for delivery but because they dont want to deliver it that day they lie and say couldn't deliver package. They just dont want to work and do their job. If you hate your job so much. Quit this is ovously not the job for you. absolutely ridiculous. I really wanted to give them no stars
- JPJohn PeaglerFeb 12, 20211.0Delivery person is terrible at delivering packages. This time they decided not to deliver and put "no access, no response". Never drove up the drive. Not the first time they lied about the delivery. They have put "customer said to hold" before just so they wouldn't have to deliver it. I know it's hard to drive down a driveway and deliver a package, but it's your job. You can put the mail in the box (most of the time even shut the box), but can't drive to the house.

Multiple generations from the same related families have worked there for years. Of course, when they hire their cousins, it would be nice if they could find a few who could manage to put mail in the correct mailboxes, but that may be asking too much for that bunch.
