- JHjames hiltonFeb 18, 20231.0They have one mail carrier that does not like to deliver packages on my rural route.i will get a notice saying they attempted to deliver it even though I was standing on my porch and watched them put the other mail in my mailbox and drive off.this has happened several times.the lady that is our regular carrier always does a good job but this fill in seems to be lazy.

- BBBMay 25, 20211.0Delivery person lied about dropping off our package, and put a note stating it was a missed delivery in our mailbox. We called the post office and they initally said the package had arrived at the carrier station after the driver left, and they would deliver it the next day. We called Amazon since it wasn't delivered on the second day either, and found out the package originally didn't fit in that person's car. So now we have to drive 30 miles to pick up the package because they don't "redeliver" something they never delivered the first time. Horrible customer service.

She have a nasty attitude went to the post office a couple of weeks ago to forward mail to my other address and give it to her. Called two weeks ago was told your mail will start going to the other address now the morning she said we been stop delivering at the address. Why lie about stuff just tell the truth that you couldn’t forward the mail to that address best thing to do is just put another mail box up.
