Sorry we missed you when the door was 20 feet from the mailbox and then I had to get in my car and chase her down.🤦🏽♂️🤷🏽 but yes, Ridgeland has different standards than all surrounding post office, including hours😩sat

- AAAmandaNov 12, 20221.0To the lady that was working this morning at the desk (November 12th) you were extremely rude and dismissive to me. I had a issue with a incorrect (nonexistent) address on a package. This happened last month as well, I THOUGHT I fixed it but it corrected itself back to the wrong address. I went last month to get the package and the woman who was working was extremely nice & understanding. Today was a different story. She wasn’t listening to me, she was speaking over me, said “it’s because you don’t have a mailbox” I said no? I’m trying to show you what it says. I tried to explain AGAIN what happened. She said “oh so you knew about it, I’m not suppose to give you the package. “Next”. If this is correct about mail that’s being returned to sender, due to issues with address. She needs to learn not to be rude about it, when telling customers. I’ve contacted corporate about this person & this will be handled. It was extremely embarrassing since there was 4 other people in the waiting area.
