Why can't you call when it's something important like this? Grrrrrrrrrrr... Heck they don't even open til 9 and I go to work at 7:30 and get off at 5:00 (they close at 4:00).

And for some reason I have to call EVERY month for a subscription package that gets delivered to the wrong house. Address and shipping label are always correct on my end so it makes NO sense that every month it goes to the wrong place.
