- DADaria AntoliniApr 23, 20265.0My friend sent a package to me that was supposed to be delivered in 2 days USPS Priority Mail and it has been lost at the Greenville distribution center for a whole week. I filed a complaint with the USPS and I immediately received a call and email from the Piedmont supervisor Donnie. He was very nice and was keeping me updated with my package that has been "lost" for 7 days at that Greenville facility. The day I checked and it was showing that it finally arrived and was out for delivery from the Piedmont Post Office, Sheneida was great and left me a message on my phone to tell me that she tracked a package and it's out for delivery and kept me informed which I thought was really nice of her. I finally received my package but I just wanted to say my Piedmont Post Office do a great job! Thank you!

The customers bought shipping labels through the USPS but the girl at the counter refused to help me with the situation. I asked if she could print the 2 shipping labels the customers paid USPS for and she refused again. The girl told me I would have to go pay a library to print them off and that it's not the USPS problem to print shipping labels that customers had to buy from the USPS. What am I missing here?
