I understand that the volume of mail that gets processed, sorted, and delivered will undoubtedly at some point result in mail delivered to the wrong residence/ business or meet some other fate where the intended recipient won’t get their mail or parcel but I have never seen this much error in delivering items to the wrong residences in my neighborhood. Our community social media page regularly has people posting that they have someone else’s mail or they are looking for their own missing mail. Addressing your concerns won’t help; they won’t believe you. The person delivering the mail in my neighborhood may as well just dump the entire neighborhood’s mail in a pile somewhere so people can go through it and get their own…it would be just as effective and you would be sure to get all your mail for that day.

I wish I could make this a zero rating. The mail carrier stated she couldn't deliver my Amazon package for three different attempts because my "mailbox was full" and "attempted to deliver" even though I never saw the attempt on my Ring camera and the package is too big for a mailbox. It was sent back to Amazon stating "unable to deliver." Amazon had to resend the package and again, I was told there was an attempt to deliver even though I was home the entire day. I eventually had to pick up the package in person at the post office. This process took almost two months to receive my package. This post office is ridiculous as they lack the integrity to tell the truth and should hire competent personnel capable of delivering a simpme package.

This branch is absolutely horrible. I wouldn’t trust them to ship a nickel for me. I have had packages never delivered, or even delivered four months late because it was “lost in the back.” Mail consistently gets “lost” or is delivered to the wrong address. Almost the entire staff is rude and condescending. Damien laughed in my face and told me I was wasting both of our time after I came to find mail that informed delivery said was delivered a week prior but had yet to arrive. They do not care about mail being lost or never delivered. The carriers dress like they just rolled out of bed and are shady to say the least.

By far the worst USPS in the country. Common sense is an issue with this office!
