The fella with braids working today has a great personality! He went the extra mile for me. Thank you to the management for empowering your employees to be able to do that! Once again, these folks earned this five star review.

Essence,Ms Karen, Gabbi, Ad, Shahara, and Kiana are truly amazing. I come in and I immediately get greeted with kindness. They are also very helpful and professional. They work quickly so the line doesn't pile up. They ask about my day and I appreciated it because they didn't have to ask either. I love coming to this store specifically because of how the employees act when no one is watching.

Amazing Service!! Karen and AD were very professional and courteous when I needed a package of medicine sent to my neighbor who is traveling! They allowed me to verify info with a phone call while we were in the middle of the process! After I left the UPS Store, my neighbor left me a messsge that he had miscalculated his trip location and Called the store to ask if they could change the destination! I am grateful Karen and AD were so kind and knowledgeable. To deal with customers at the level they did for me and my neighbor , places them in a saint category! I don’t know if I would have had the patience for a customer like me, but they are just so professional in their handling of customers with crazy requests! 💕
