  I want to say all the staff members are amazing I like the new drop off machine they have thanks Gabbi Kiana essence Shahara and AD everyone is so wonderful and pleasant great job 10/10

  Gabbi was very helpful I was making a return and I was really confused but she helped me figure it out and it was very fast. Out of all the ups stores I’ve been to this is the best one with the best employees!

  Very rude girl. I was told to drop off my box and that ups store would know what to do with it. They proceeded to tell me they can't take it because there isn't a return label on it. I told her my instructions and she said that if she took it as is it would just come back to me. Come to find out you had to just peel the original off and the return was just underneath. She told me this just as I was about to get it and leave. If you don't want to do your job then quit. There are other people that would happily do it for you. I will not be back to this location. Her words "I'm not touching it" this was all in front of other customers.

  This is a very busy store, and the staff are always super friendly and helpful. I've used their printing service numerous times to generate and update a rental welcome guide that was created using Canva. The template we chose makes the printing process challenging, but the staff there has been patient and helpful in solving issues and getting the document to print just the way we want it. Everyone who works at the store is great and Kiana has been particularly helpful with printing. Highly recommend this store for any shipping or printing needs.
