  Messiah was friendly and well mannered and very helpful for I wasn’t sure what I was doing but he showed me how to look up for the return label on my phone and just over all extremely pleasant you should be proud to have a young man like that working for you

  I’ve been a long time customer at the UPS in North Myrtle Beach. Everyone is professional, personable and helpful. A young man named Messiah helped me today. He was wonderful. He was polite and kind and helped me with my shipping . He told me my options and the pricing he explained on how I can track my package as well. He really was outstanding overall.

  UPS messed up this overnight delivery. It took me 30 minutes on hold at the 800 number for them to tell me that I needed to call the local store. When I called they acted as if they were doing me a favor to file a claim. UPS gets an F grade on this transaction.

  I would like to say Messiah Fields did an outstanding job assisting us today with 30 plus packages!!!!! He was professional, provided support to us, and very knowledgeable of his job. Matter fact the most outstanding fact is that all three team members of the store supported one another. Outstanding teamwork!!!!! Thank you!!!!!!

  This place used to be awesome. I have to go there every week. The last three or four times I've been there I always get a run around the new hires that they have there over the last couple months are terrible. I asked to talk to a manager. The girl told me he's out. I go to my car. I called the store ask for the manager. They say he's with a customer. I'm just going to switch UPS stores or go back to using the United postal service. I would pick a different store if I were you.
