Just fyi to others using ups stores, dropped off a package on sat about 1pm. On Monday night package still had not moved just showed label made. Go back to store and find out that the whole weekend bundle was just picked up and would be scanned at the ups main building on water tower rd. Will not bother to go on weekends again if nothing moves until Monday night. Not sure how there is any security if 3 days packages r not scanned when they r picked up. Only when delivery guy dumps them at warehouse. Poor security all the way around. Paid for signature on delivery, it’s shows my daughter as delivered too, but it was male room mate. Another great security step.

Macey and Marcus were phenomenal! We could not figure out any way to get our item back in the box because there were multiple things. They worked together as a team and got it done. They were very kind to us and saved us money! We really appreciate their service with a smile and with their expertise! We will definitely use this place again

Messiah was extremely courteous and professional. He made the process of sending an item very easy. This was not my first experience with Messiah, a few months ago I needed some documents notarized and he was the same during that contact. He is one of the most personable representatives I have had the pleasure of working with.
