Here we go! Same situation Keep happen to me again and again. They never take it seriously and never try to improve the quality of service Terrible and worst customer support ever

That blonde with the long hair don’t seem to have much regard for dress code or proper work manners. We’ve got young’uns around here and in our house, and folks ain’t too comfortable with a carrier showin’ up in short panties, revealed armpits, and carryin’ on all flirty and chatty while handlin’ packages and confidential mails. That Goose Creek manager don’t seem to care none. Folks done raised the issue a few times, but nothin’s changed. We just hope somebody finally pays attention. God bless.
- CWCJ WilliamsonMay 12, 20261.0May 2026: their phone number is disconnected. Either they literally don’t have any phone line in the post office, or they unplugged their line. Either way, this is unprofessional and unacceptable. How does this USPS not have a single phone number you can talk to? I’ve called 8 times today and every single time it rings then starts an extremely loud high pitch whine that only gets louder until you hang up. Re-Deliveries do not work through this USPS and there is no way of knowing if anyone is even at the office, let alone if my package is there so I can pick it up. I don’t want to drive 40 minutes ONE WAY just to see if my package is there… I filed a report with USPS so hopefully this post office gets a wake up call. No wonder people like UPS and FEDEX more. Hard to defend them when stuff like this happens.
