- JSJd Simons4 days ago1.0I can't trust USPS to keep track of packages that I hand to them myself for entry into the system. I have angry customers and I'm losing money because I'm playing these guys to at least know where a package is and they're losing 4/5 of them. If the Facebook Marketplace didn't require I use them to ship, I'd go elsewhere.

There’s a gentleman by the name of Ramon that works at the Customer Service desk. They help me with every one of my needs. He’s the only person I know that actually helps out and gives me exactly what I’m asking for and goes above and beyond. I can’t speak about the newer people that they have inside of their, but Mr. Ramon Williams is a stand-up guy and that place should never close down for any reason whatsoever. It is the cornerstone in the community PS can you please Streamline the process for passports to be renewed or pictures to be taken at this location?
