It takes days to get a package and numerous times the package arrives in Charleston and mysteriously the next day they send it back to North Carolina. What gives. If I could boycott all my shipping and go fedex or UPS I would.

My substitute mail woman is so amazing. The manager, well words cannot describe how vital she has been to the impressive image I now have for the postal service as a whole. A fine job indeed. I want to add to the review below that the manager reaches out and continued to ensure my issue waa fully resolved. I am very impressed by her level of customer service and her support to myself, a veteran, is to be recognized: I recently had an issue with this post office and as a result, wrote a negative review too quickly. Ms. Simone reached out to me and it was even on the weekend and thoroughly research my issue. She successfully resolved the issue and explained next steps to me and now I am very satisfied. Job well done! My mail lady also did a great job actively assisting in resolving my issue.
