  Excellent service every time I visit! The staff at The UPS Store are friendly, professional, and very helpful. They made the shipping process quick and easy, answered all my questions, and handled my packages with care. The store is clean, organized, and the customer service is top-notch. Highly recommend this location for anyone needing shipping, printing, or mailbox services!

  Charles is absolutely amazing! He is very efficient and kind when helping you get your packages off. I only come to this location because the customer service is ALWAYS above and beyond.

  This store has thee best staff! Darnell the owner is so hardworking and helpful! The man is always there. His staff is polite and efficient and fast too. If you’re in a hurry, they also have the kiosk for package returns. It’s a great thing for a busy workday like I have! There no parking nightmares. Rarely do I encounter a line!! (In today’s world THAT, my friends , speaks volumes!!) I am in there almost every week due to several Amazon clothes returns. (What can I say? Life’s too short for boring clothes! LOL). I was thinking today that ,ya know what? If we did not have Darnell, his staff and this awesome location, we’ll let me just say: Amazon would be just out of luck. I simply would not shop online if I did not have a fast, friendly and convenient local biz to trust my returns to!! They have all kinds of other mail and business services too! Do yourself a favor and check them out! You won’t find a better UPS store or crew. I know because I had used others in the past. They didn’t hold a candle to this store! Thanks guys for your wonderful service! Every time!!

  I opened a mailbox about for 3 months and to this day I still have not received mailbox key. They always have an excuse to not have it and the person who apparently Runs or owns the place is never there. There's no contact number for a corporate office. If I pay for a service, I expect to utilize it in just that manner. I should be able to walk in and head straight to my box, instead of having to stand in line and wait. Smh! This place is very unprofessional and needs a change of management or a new owner. Needs to handle there business!!!!!
