Staff is very helpful. I had problems emailing a label for my phone to the store printer return some packages and although there were other customers they never went above and beyond to help. Great attitude.

Paid over $100 to ship 2 documents for authentication so I can move out of the country. Everything went smooth until I returned to photocopy the documents. The employee removed the staples. Which invalidated the authentication I paid over $100 in shipping for. Not to mention one of the documents took over a month to recieve so im 5 weeks pushed back on my move. I will not be returning. They have no idea how much that 1 decision harmed me since my move was scheduled at the end of a lease and now I have to find some where to stay while my documents get reauthenticated at the state level and I have to pay more money for a courier service to rush it. Thanks for nothing, I wont be returning.
Edited: sent the email out as requested never heard back so apparently we arent so committed to ensuring proper training and will likely have a repeat experience as there is no actual documentable evidence the issue is acknowledged and addressed through proper training.
Edited again: Accountability is something the owner should improve on. My response in email was first to put the blame on USPS mailing times, but this service mailing from ups for the tracking to USPS worked as expected. Secondly the issue I had from the beginning was the employee did not ask me before tampering with the document to remove the staples. The owner said me not knowing about whether this was a requirement or not suddenly removed any requirement of concent before changing the document as it was handed to the employee. I had been googling a lot of questions had the associate asked me I would have also googled this to ensure we made the right decision on this process. He said he spoke with the employees but with the dodging and lack of acceptance that the initial issue was lack of communication and altering documents from a customer without asking conscent first im not entirely sure the right message was sent. He offered a refund for the shipping but the shipping went as expected I only brought this up as a measurable way to ensure we are away the cost of these mistakes, not because the shipping was incorrect in any way. Hopefully this team understands the importance of consent in regarding to documents, and in the future trains all associates to ask before removing staples from official government documents. As a person whp works in retail myself when a question comes up I often find myself looking up things for customers all the time proactively. And as a general guideline if you are going to handle a customer's document, you should require the associates to ask consent before making any alterations. I wonder if the associate walked to the back and took so long because they had the question as well and spoke with someone, its possible, the associate was young and I dont blame them for the mistake in thos case because the lack of accountability on the part of the owner tells me enough how well the training goes there
