I tried to tell them that the tracking is saying it was delivered there on Dec. 8th. They continued to tell me I was trying to track it on the USPS website, which I wasn't. It was handed off to them from Morrow, GA on Dec. 8th. They kept saying I was still looking at the USPS website. Whoever this person was, needs to have customer service training. I help run a big company and this person wouldn't last long the way they talked to me.
