  Went in and I had a usps package instead of a UPS and they said they could still help me out!! :) awesome service and fantastic customer service!! In and out under 5min.

  This was my second time visiting this location. Never had an issue before but today I needed a notary. The older lady who does the notary was absolutely rude. She asked for my ID. Upon being provided, she looked at it and said my first name and purposely spoke gibberish about my last name and was overall unpleasant. No customer service or basic proper manners.

  We use this store, on average, at least once weekly. The staff are always friendly & helpful, the store is well store stocked with any needed supplies, &, no matter how busy they are, there is never a long wait.

  I typically don’t leave reviews, but I felt the need to speak up this time. I visited the store on August 14, 2026, around 9:30 AM, and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with an older female employee. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and not helpful at all. When you work in a customer-facing position, you should be trained on how to interact with the public. You don’t have to be anyone’s best friend, but you should always be respectful, helpful, and courteous. You never know what kind of day someone is having. It’s clear that she hates her job or she just overall hates coming to work!!! This also isn’t the first time I’ve experienced poor customer service at this location—I’ve just decided to speak up this time. Unfortunately, I think I’ll be looking for another store to visit moving forward. Customer service matters, and every customer deserves to be treated with basic respect.
