- FFF H (FH)Apr 25, 20263.0The worst parking! Prepare to spend an additional 10-15 minutes driving around and around to find a place to park. There are dead-end parking lanes to make it worse, so you may have to back out 50+ feet, and hope nobody pulls in behind to block you. The store is busy at times, but always clean and organized. The staff is generally friendly, considering they seem to have quite a turnover of workers. On this visit, I waited a few minutes alone in the store. It was 12:30 on a weekday afternoon, so perhaps the clerk was having lunch in back. Package delivery is taking a little longer than usual this time, to get back to Amazon. It’s day 3 and it’s still tracking in a town nearby, not the fault of this store at all..
- KK -Apr 8, 20261.0I went yesterday just before closing. Parking was a mess but eventually I found a spot. Made it at the door at 6:31. I knew they closed at 6:30. I understand. The employee was at the counter with a customer still. She told me Me they were closed and I tried to say “I have my package and paid for my postage already” but before I could, she said “No” and shooed me away with her hand. I understand being closed as I’ve worked many retail jobs. But to cut someone off and shoo them away is beyond disrespectful. I frequent this location and have never seen this employee before. I won’t be going back. Absolutely unprofessional.
