  I typically don’t leave reviews, but I felt the need to speak up this time. I visited the store on August 14, 2026, around 9:30 AM, and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with an older female employee. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and not helpful at all. When you work in a customer-facing position, you should be trained on how to interact with the public. You don’t have to be anyone’s best friend, but you should always be respectful, helpful, and courteous. You never know what kind of day someone is having. It’s clear that she hates her job or she just overall hates coming to work!!! This also isn’t the first time I’ve experienced poor customer service at this location—I’ve just decided to speak up this time. Unfortunately, I think I’ll be looking for another store to visit moving forward. Customer service matters, and every customer deserves to be treated with basic respect.

  Today I tried to ship a pre-packaged framed piece of art that I sold for $80 to a customer only 2 hr drive from here and UPS quoated a charge $80.81. They told me I could create a label on my phone. That price was $63. They did not have a coupon or option to get this discount so this is must be the mark up for their Franchise fee (26.3%). Their PC was down and they did not offer to get it working. Nor did they have a wifi printer option or did not offer one... Then the UPS system would not let me forward the label via email and she said it would be $2 to print it. The attendent who would not help me with the PC, saw that I was frustrated and then refused service. I checked and can ship this for less than $40 at USPS (50% discount).

  The staff here is always friendly and helpful. They put in the extra effort to get your items shipped safely without you spending too much.

  The North Augusta UPS office consistently does a great job. I have never had an issue. The staff is efficient and goes the extra mile when needed. A wonderful addition to our downtown.
