Unfortunately management is nowhere to be found to assist with high customer volume. Lines are from the window counter extending into the boxing section of the lobby. So much for the customer experience.

They NEVER answer the phone no matter how many times you call or how long you wait & it’s a pain to get them to deliver ANYTHING with ease. They ignore signature slips for mail that needs signed, any minor inconvenience they just won’t deliver your package, & then you can’t just pick it up bc “they have to continue to try & deliver it first”, even when you know they’ll do the same thing tomorrow & choose not to deliver it bc they’re lazy! If you order a package too big for an apartment mailbox they just won’t deliver it. I have to edit the package nickname to “LEAVE AT THE OFFICE!!!!” bc there’s no other way to inform them on what should be common sense. Then when they don’t deliver your stuff you have to deal with the nightmare of going to this post office in person & dealing with long lines & staff who are rude as hell. THEY HAVE BEEN TERRIBLE FOR AT LEAST 5 YEARS, when is it going to change ????
