- LBlena baasApr 10, 20261.0Literally the most unprofessional, laziest, unreliable, & inconsistent business around here. They NEVER answer the phone no matter how many times you call or how long you wait & it’s a pain to get them to deliver ANYTHING with ease. They ignore signature slips for mail that needs signed, any minor inconvenience they just won’t deliver your package, & then you can’t just pick it up bc “they have to continue to try & deliver it first”, even when you know they’ll do the same thing tomorrow & choose not to deliver it bc they’re lazy! If you order a package too big for an apartment mailbox they just won’t deliver it. I have to edit the package nickname to “LEAVE AT THE OFFICE!!!!” bc there’s no other way to inform them on what should be common sense. Then when they don’t deliver your stuff you have to deal with the nightmare of going to this post office in person & dealing with long lines & staff who are rude as hell. THEY HAVE BEEN TERRIBLE FOR AT LEAST 5 YEARS, when is it going to change ????

Always a line out the door when your going to the SOCASTEE Postoffice been getting other people’s mail for two years, put in a customer service request months ago and I’m still getting other people‘s mail even though they said that they completed the service request and told the courier Was supposed to get a package the other day this has happened three times already did not receive my package. He must’ve put it in the wrong numbered mailbox. They never returned it to me how to get a replacement. Why is this happening? This is so ridiculous. I can’t even get a package I paid for. tried calling again. No one is answering the phone. It just keeps ringing and ringing and ringing. Try getting people that know how to do the job and know how to do it right !! this is very frustrating and annoying. Horrible customer service.
