  Ok so I’m only giving this a low rating because…so my first experience was when we moved here two years ago. Mail had to be picked up. Got there and was assisted by the mean Jamaican lady. I have worked customer service for almost 30 yrs and she definitely is not friendly. Went in yesterday was so thankful she wasn’t at the help desk. But she was there doing passports. She opened door and said “is anybody out here for passports” waited like 2 seconds door slams. She comes to her desk as she finishing one passport with people in front of her and said to someone in line “you need to have all that taped up before you come up here” the guy went to but tape but the lady in front said she had just told her that so she let him use hers. She’s mean! There’s a way to speak to people. She is not approachable AT ALL!!! She can be a little intimidating to people with fear but I’m not that person. That’s that! However the two men the black guy with the most beautiful hair and I think Mark they are so welcoming and helpful and attentive you can tell they take pride in their job. It’s like a dark cloud at the far left side and a rainbow on the other side. Anyway the guys promised my package would arrive yesterday since it had been on wrong truck day before. And we got it.

  Hank, (I think that was his name) was very friendly and helpful, HOWEVER, the female working at the station next to him was nosey, intrusive, bossy, and rather demeaning towards him. While waiting on her own customers, she kept butting into Hank's business & talking to him in a bit of a "teacher to kindergarten child" manner. She even looked away from her own customer to bark an order at me, because I didn't have everything ready. I would have, had I not found a greeting card that I decided to purchase & include w/ the package I was mailing out. And I guess because it took me a little extra time to get my package & greeting card ready, she kept apologizing to customers as she'd call them up to be waited on next, saying she apologized for their long wait, & all the while, I could tell she was making facial expressions and movements towards me, like as if I was the cause for a long wait!! I overheard several customers tell her that they didn't think there WAS a substantial wait time!! (Not exact quotes, but I think you catch the drift! When I'm back in MB, I will avoid using THIS post office & go to another 1.
