- SSSteveAug 28, 20261.0Had a package that was out for delivery. Then got notified that I could pick it up. I paid for delivery and they said tough luck, either pick it up or we can schedule a re delivery. Horrible service.

If that was our whole experience I would be leaving a 1 star review. But after waiting in line, a women who worked there by the name of Lala saved the day, she was so understanding and answered all the questions we had. Thank you Lala for saving our experience!

The only problem was it wasn't delivered to my address and I didn't sign off on nothing. The notification claims that the receptionist signed off of it. But the people at reservation apt complex claims that they never received anything. Between them or the carrier have taken my package. I'm not sure. But one thing is for certain I do not have it and no one else was home but me to sign off on it. Everyone was at work and my other 2 kids are in nc with their grandma.

- SAShell AceAug 7, 20265.0I frequently visit this post office and have never had any issues. Way more patient with some customers than I could ever be. On multiple occasions I’ve seen them spoon feed instructions for mailing an item and then let the customer come back to the front instead of waiting in line again. It’s a busy post office, of course there’s likely no one to answer phones when they have a line almost to the door.
