  Store was fine, the cost was outrageous!!! We bought 2 lawn chairs for the beach, we wanted to mail em back home as we flew here. 396$!!!!! Uh, no thanks! Had to leave em in the hotel. That's unbelievable.

  The lady who helped me was extremely kind and helpful. She made the whole process very easy, packed the phone carefully, and explained everything clearly. I really appreciated her help and the great service.

  Called ahead of time to make sure that the posted hours (which said closing at 6:30pm) were correct, as I was not able to get there until just before 6:15, in order to print 4 pages which I had already sent to the printer ahead of time at 5:20pm (but ended up getting scolded for that.) I also needed one page notarized. I’m a regular customer, and usually had decent service there however today was a terrible experience. It was truly awful. The behavior of the store manager (he identified himself as the manager) was extremely rude and uncalled for. I live nearby in Grande Dunes and had walked from home over to the store on crutches (recent leg surgery) and upon entering at 6:15, one customer was leaving and at that point I was the only customer in there store. It was exactly 6:15pm. There were two employees (store manager and a new woman) standing directly at the front and it took several minutes for either one of them to even bother acknowledging me. This was a bit strange, because they both definitely saw that I was on crutches and saw that I was a bit physically unstable and needing assistance. It is a 90 degree day and I had walked all the way there, and as I entered I was becoming a bit shaky and physically unstable and was surprised that no one cared. No customers were inside the store except for me, and I was noticeably struggling so when neither one of the employees acknowledged me (didn’t even bother to say “I’ll be right with you” or anything like that) I then had to grab onto the counter (to avoid falling) and then when I clearly saw that no one intended on acknowledging me several minutes later I then looked to the front where there was a chair — to sit down on and wait. I heard the man complaining to his coworker. Finally, the man (who apparently is the store manager) finally acknowledged me and said: “You doing Amazon?” I then explained that I was there to print copies that I had already sent to the printer at 5:20pm and then needed to mail. He then snapped at me for sending the items to the printer ahead of time. This was right after I heard him complaining to the woman employee that he was exhausted from doing Amazon orders all day and ready to leave. It was 6:15 and they were also closing out the registers. All this to say: do not enter this store after 6pm (even though the store hours say that they close at 6:30) because they will treat you with disdain. He complained about my 4 pages and refused to adjust them to the correct size and stated that he was “done helping me” and walked away. I had called ahead of time to make sure that they were open until 6:30, and this was 6:15 and he told me in a rude, condescending tone of voice: “Usually people send items to the printer AFTER they arrive because a lot of times people never pick up their items.” He also was rude to me when I asked him if they had a notary public. He rudely said their notary services don’t exist anymore — even though their website (I checked, before I came) says they do offer notary services daily. (Please see the attached photo) I’ll never return to this location and it’s a shame, because it is closeby and convenient in that aspect. The man was just too rude and moody. They really should adjust their closing time to 6pm since he clearly does not want to service people at 6:15. The way he spoke to me ruined my day. I completely agree with Carolyne’s review below. I feel very validated in reading her review, because it highlights exactly what I experienced today with the same man. Exactly as she said, you really never know what a person who is walking through that door may be experiencing. There is no need to be unkind and nasty to people just because you’re tired or are having a bad day. Energy is contagious. As she said, not every thought you’re having needs to come out. I was just recently attacked by an off-leash dog as I was trying to save my leashed dog’s life, while out on a walk. This is exactly why I entered on crutches. I was bitten, crushed bones and tore ligaments and had recent surgery. Simply needed to print items.

  Went on Saturday morning, needed to get something overnight or by Monday. Thought I was sending UPS since I was at the UPS store. They sent it by USPS didn't know this till I went and tracked it. Supposed to be delivered by this afternoon but still showing at USPS facility in SC. It is now Wednesday and still not there.
