- RSrobin stanfieldJan 8, 20261.0NON STOP change for deliveries. E.G., my water was set to be delivered this Monday. Today is Thursday. I received a notification that my delivery had been changed to this past Tuesday. Then another for Wednesday. Then another for Thursday. Then it a Friday (tomorrow). Finally was able to get someone in the phone and I told the representative that I need to definitively know that I would be receiving my water order on Friday. I was assured that I would. Meanwhile, I’ve had to go out and purchase a case of water because I’ve been completely out for two days. JUST NOW got notification that my delivery will be this coming Monday. I have guests coming into town this weekend. BEYOND livid and am currently checking out other companies to have my service through. Ridiculous Need to add that this has happened a handful of times over a short amount of time. AND just received another notification for next Tuesday delivery. AFTER receiving Primo response to my review.
- OOOttoOct 11, 20251.0The water is good. The delivery is flaky at best here in Conway SC. At first, they were Johny on the spot. Now it’s when ever they feel like showing up and good luck getting customer support on the phone to see where your order is. You will be routed to somewhere over seas. They will then lie to you telling you that deliveries happen until 9pm. I will not be lied to and given the run around. Pretty simple, you bring water, take empties and I pay my bill. I understand logistics and things breaking down. However, be honest. We are moving on to a different company.
