- EMEirlys Matson5 days ago2.0Every time I have ever gone to the Murrells Inlet post office and mailed something it's late or it gets lost. Recently on inform mail delivery it said in the mailbox. That was a few days ago whatever it was I still not have received it so I don't know what it is I didn't order anything so I don't know where it ended up. I even stopped at the office to see if they left it inside there and they have nothing. So whatever it was but I was informed that it was delivered which whoever has it did not take it to our office here to turn it in.

- KKKAug 8, 20261.0Believe all the bad reviews; staff are rude and disrespectful, carriers falsely claim addresses are not accessible or deliverable, and will immediately return your packages if they don't feel like delivering. This has to be the worst post office in the country.
- RSRonald SullivanJul 20, 20261.0Moved away from Murrells Inlet at the beginning of May. Filled out (at the post office) the necessary "change of address" and "hold mail" forms. A few weeks went by and still nothing forwarded to us. Came back to Murrells Inlet to visit and went to the Post Office two days is a row. On the first day, they said they would need to talk to the carrier to see where my "held" mail was. On the second day, they claimed the "supervisor" bundled it and sent it to us the day before. That was nearly four weeks ago. Nothing but lies. I filed mail theft charges through the US Postal Inspector two weeks ago. I still have not received a response... or any mail at my new address after 11 weeks. The only explanation at this point is that they threw it all away. I have the names of the employees we have spoken with multiple times. It is a different lie each time. They do not even answer the phone after it rings 30 times. Taking it to the next level now. Enough is enough.
