  Jen Hamilton is absolutely terrific. I had an urgent printing need ahead of a large cybersecurity conference and I was only successful because of Jen. She was patient, knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. This location is lucky to have her as a GM.

  I have used this staples for print jobs, and office supplies many times. It’s always been a great experience! Recently, I needed to replace a broken office chair on the fly, and Amor saw me struggling to figure out what to buy. He helped me decide on a chair, checked if they had it in inventory, loaded it onto a cart, took it to the front for me, and loaded it into my car for me! All without being asked and all the while being pleasant and kind! So impressed with him and the experience!

  Our local Staples has a great print shop and the basics I need for a home office. They don’t have a ton of employees in there, but the ones they have are really nice and as helpful as they can.

  I was helped today by a kind gentleman at the printing counter. He was very polite and knew what he was doing. My grief is not with him, but for the young woman at the balloon counter. I was originally going to go next door to Party Plan-it to get balloons for a philanthropy event, but I decided to just get them at Staples since I was already in the store. Big mistake. I walk up to the counter and greet the girl politely who is blowing up balloons. She looks at me like she has no idea why I’m speaking to her. I then ask her how I can place a balloon order. She says “I don’t know” and walks away. She then comes back a minute later and stares at me, to the point where I just say “that’s okay, nevermind, have a good day!” She then just says “ok” and walks off again. I understand working retail is not fun and can be draining. I typically don’t write reviews, but this experience was extremely off putting, especially because I had such a pleasant interaction with the gentleman at the printing counter. In the end, you lost my business to the party store next door that took care of me in less than 5 minutes because your employee was extremely unhelpful and rude.
