- RDRobert DeGroatAug 11, 20261.0Never had USPS mess up so bad. They delivered a part that we had to special order to the wrong address. Said they left it with a receptionist at 8:45pm. Which was incorrect. It was left at a random place. They want us to file a claim but it is an irreplaceable part that we needed a week ago. Completely unacceptable.

There is no sense of urgency and they are consistently understaffed. Their number of stars are reflective of how awful this place is. The sad part is their employees are actually helpful and pleasant. But the lack of staffing and sense of urgency is hard to overlook. One thing you can’t get back in life is time and it is truly wasted at this place.

Called the 800 number-they sent me a link-that didn't work. Called the local # and rang 25 times with no pickup. I'll have to drive down and wait in line not knowing if it is there. The worst.
