- RCRoxanne CalabriaSep 10, 20261.0If I could give this post office a zero, I would. We sent documents an address in Mount Pleasant with a return receipt reqest (which we paid extra for). Apparently the carrier delivered the documents, but did not bother to get the attached card signed. This was not a one-time mistake, it happened with two sets of documents delivered on different dates. These were legal documents and it was critical that we had proof that it was delivered. I have filed claims with USPS, but ultimately it comes down to the error associated with this post office. I have tried calling, but no one answers the phone. I lived in another part of the state, so I can't just jump in my car to go address this face-to-face. Don't bother trying to send something with return receipt request through this office, they can't even follow their own policy and procedures. SMH!

Which was incorrect. It was left at a random place. They want us to file a claim but it is an irreplaceable part that we needed a week ago. Completely unacceptable.
