Terrible customer service. Don’t even bother scheduling an appointment, it won’t matter.

How in the hell is this place so short staffed it takes 40 minutes to oick uo a package cause the drivers are to lazy to walk yhem to your door. If it ships from USPS I avoid it at all cost (hence why yall are lossing money these days) Worse carrier out there.

I’ve never dealt with a more disorganized and unprofessional experience than what I just had with the United States Postal Service in Mount Pleasant, SC. My package arrived at the local post office and was marked out for delivery. When it didn’t show up, I physically went to the post office to pick it up. I rang the bell, could clearly hear employees in the back talking and laughing, and had to wait just to get someone to come out. When someone finally did, I was told the package was there and to come back in 20 minutes to pick it up. Fine. I come back—and somehow, in that short window, the same employee had already handed the package back to the driver and sent it out again. Completely avoidable. Completely careless. Now, to make things worse, the package has been incorrectly marked “insufficient address” (which I already confirmed is NOT true), and it’s been sent back to the processing center instead of being delivered or held like it should have been. This isn’t just a delay—this is a breakdown in basic handling, communication, and accountability. I did everything right as a customer, and the result is wasted time, unnecessary stress, and a package bouncing around the system for no valid reason. There is zero excuse for telling someone to come back for pickup and then sending the package away minutes later. That’s not just inefficient—it’s negligent. This needs to be addressed immediately, because this level of service is unacceptable.

I had an issue with an important package being marked undeliverable at my address, and Ron took the time to help me recover it and was extremely kind. Day made! Thank you so much!
