  Waiting 30 minutes to get help is ridiculous. Very bad management is clearly the problem here.Mt Pleasant,SC near Publix food store..

  There are no UPS supplies in the area where customers can get their package ready. You have to ask the employee. I had a prepaid overnight label for documents. The employee kept telling me I had to buy a blue padded envelope (their most expensive) I asked why I could not use the Manila envelope. She said how important are those to you? Then I asked where are the thin cardboard UPS letter package. She said is that ground or air? I told her air. Only then she reached down and got the ups cardboard envelope She said people with ground do get to use those. On UPS site I can order free supplies why are they pushing their own products and making this such a time consuming transaction? I had a document sent by ground they FedEx a week ago. Best service around. It’s the store in front in Lowe’s. Definitely will be making them a priority for sending.

  The lady working the front named Madeline was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional, not even just to me but also to the two other customers in store. She was passive aggressive, acted annoyed and inconvenienced to help us. This person should not be in customer service.. she’s making UPS look bad. I went to the UPS in West Ashley instead.

  This store is constantly a problem, the associates can be rude and grumpy and the store is often a mess. The self service mailing station is often covered in packages and not available. Lines are always long. New management is desperately needed .
