  Had to ship a package on a Friday for delivery to Chicago on Monday. UPS quoted me $206.... I left and went to FedEx. They quoted me less than $30! Needless to say, I shipped with FedEx and the employee that helped me was super nice. The FedEx truck driver overhead our conversation about needing my package to arrive by Monday and even waited to grab my package since this was his last pickup. Great experience 👍

  I had such a great experience at FedEx today, and I really want to recognize Adrianna for her amazing customer service! I came in needing help with shipping an important package and setting up a return shipping label, and Adrianna was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. She was friendly, patient, professional, and took the time to make sure I understood everything. She made the whole process so easy and stress-free. She also took my passport photos, and I was honestly very impressed with how professionally she handled it. She paid attention to every detail and made sure the photos were done properly. What impressed me most was how genuinely helpful and kind Adrianna was. You can tell when someone is simply doing their job, and you can also tell when someone truly cares about helping a customer. Adrianna definitely falls into the second category. Adrianna, thank you so much for all your help! You were absolutely wonderful, and I really appreciate the time and care you put into helping me. FedEx is very lucky to have an employee like you! This was truly a 5-star experience, and I would absolutely recommend this FedEx location to anyone. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Worst FedEx office... the lady there is just nasty she just refuses to hold my stuff. The last 5 packages sent there to be held were returned immediately as "undeliverable" she told me that the ladson hub asked for them back which is BS cuz I went there and they told me that lady lied to my face I have already reported her and she got a residual package today said ready for pick up then 5 mins later it was in the return to shipper "fraud" status after I reported her. I honestly don't want to support FedEx at all if they hire people like her and let her get away with treating customers this way. And I am going to call her out JULIE is the manager and she is rude and needs to find a new job.

  Terrible service. Tried to print some $70 worth of documents this morning. Printer ran out of paper, and then once that was fixed I had several documents that didn’t print at all, nothing crazy but both needed the older lady at the counter to help. EVERY SINGLE TIME another customer walked in she would walk away to help them instead. I spent HALF AN HOUR waiting while she helped every other customer who walked in. Extremely snippy when I finally asked her to help me first. Never coming back and never drinking whatever coffee brand that lady drinks in the morning
