- JSJennifer SAug 11, 20261.0Consistently delivering my packages to the wrong house, wrong parcel box, or just altogether losing the package. Then it's my job to try and recover it. About to lose my mind, absolutely furious!! The office location is only good because of Joe. Edit to add: 8/13/26 a neighbor just came over to our house and brought a parcel key because ONCE AGAIN they put it in the WRONG BOX!!! Who are they hiring?!!! HORRIBLE! NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE GO POSTAL. CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN!!!!

Robin who helped me was rude and made me feel uncomfortable for asking simple questions. Instead of politely explaining what was needed, she spoke to me in a disrespectful way. I’ve never experienced customer service like this at any other USPS location. I hope management addresses this because customers deserve to be treated with kindness and respect.

Robin got visibly frustrated and responded with, “I’m not explaining this again.” That kind of attitude makes the whole interaction uncomfortable. Customers should be able to ask questions without being talked down to.
