- AKAmy KrepsAug 8, 20261.0Postal delivery is absolutely awful in this area! They constantly loose packages, deluver to wrong address, rude when you confront them. They never follow up with phone calls and you can forget about going to the post office in person to complain. The postmaster could absolutely care less about any mistakes that are made or even addressing the postal worker about it! He says...just file a claim! I get it...but I clearly ordered something I wanted....I clearly want my stuff!!! Fix the problem!! I wish this was a one time situation! However this happens so often that me and my neighbors all check with each other when we have packages coming so we can all be on the lookout! That is absolutely ridiculous to have to do!

- SSSkyApr 1, 20261.0Letter carrier leaves packages by Garage door where it's subject to possible theft and being rained on vs. taking a few extra seconds to leave them at the front door in the covered porch area which is customary for all delivery companies. Also crosses into people's lawn and mulch beds vs. using the obvious concrete pathways. Amazing such lack of respect for people's property and lack of effort to do the right thing. This is why USPS has such a low opinion vs. other companies like UPS and FedEx and Amazon which seem to operate with higher standards.

I called the Lugoff office directly to kindly inquire about a package that was not delivered and whomever answered the phone was rude and condescending. I'm just glad that our mailman is such a friendly person. Y'all need more people like him.
