- MWMandee WyrickApr 30, 20265.0I love this small town post office. When I first moved here a year ago I had some issues but they were dealt with in a timely manner and kindly and professionally. I've never seen the workers there rude or ignoring customers like other reviewers have said, and they go above and beyond if something does go missing. Folks shouldn't expect perfection from people and organizations that are overworked and underpaid.

- CCChris CottonApr 6, 20261.0Refusing to deliver packages bigger than the mail box. They have over the last year refused to randomly deliver mail and make up there own regulations. When presenting the post master at this location with the USPS policies he said he can make his own up and dosnt have to follow them. They lie on documents and incorrectly report why they cant deliver mail. They dont notify any of the residents on our road till minutes before there post office closes so we cant pick up packages. My elderly mother was lied to about made up contracts between neighbors and deliver boxes as a excuse why they couldn't deliver. Every time we plan on adjusting to meet a made up policy they change the lesson they cant deliver making it so even if we address a issue they have the still won't deliver. As a resident and a locals born and raised in Little River I nor any of my family or neighbors have had issues with this post office till there new management. This is ridiculous that there is no accountability for a rouge and blatantly malicious post master that refuse to deliver mail and allows employees to retaliate to our complaints by not delivering packages. I have called the USPS Customer Service and consumer Affairs office over 40 times and have been told each time they have an issue with this post office and they disagree with the post master at this location, but no change or disciplinary actions have resulted and I have been told this is because there part of a union.

Our road is about 1000 feet from the man road and constantly maintained. Doesn’t he realize he is a public servant? Is the post office not a government agency with the taxpayer paying his salary?

Half the time the mail doesn't get delivered to our mailbox on the day it is supposed to be delivered (I get email notification for what is to be delivered) you can never speak to anyone at the post office and when you do they are rude. Packages are not delivered because they are too heavy to be delivered. Absolutely without a doubt the worst customer service ever.
