- SWStephanie Watkins5 days ago1.0Waited for over an hour and half to do my passport. Tried asking if I need to make an appointment and was told just to take a seat. Then they changed people and was told I would be next and then again I was skipped over. Both men that were work were rude. I have all my paperwork done just need to get a money order and mail it out. Absolutely ridiculous.

- KGKay GravinoJun 20, 20261.0A priority express small package was mailed out from St. Augustine, Florida on Monday morning. Tracking was unavailable until Wednesday. I received a text on Thursday saying it would be delivered by 6:00 pm. I waited at home all day. It wasn’t delivered. Same thing on Friday. Now it is Saturday and I received a text that it would be delivered today. So I have to stay home all day today! I will be very surprised if I get it today.
