I also had the chance to watch her mock an elderly lady who came in believing she owed the post office change. This world is already hard enough, hoping that one day we can be kind enough to support one another within our fields of expertise.
- ZZZachMay 7, 20261.0I’ve used this post office several times for EDDM with no issues, but my experience on May 7th, 2026 around 11 AM was extremely disappointing. The employee assisting me appeared unfamiliar with the process and incorrectly stated that my order was “unpaid,” even though the paperwork clearly showed payment was to be made at the post office. When I explained that I had completed EDDM orders here before and was prepared to pay in person, I was met with “I don’t know how or what to do,” before the employee walked away without offering any assistance or attempting to find someone who could help. I was left standing there with no service or direction. I understand everyone has off days, but better training and customer service are definitely needed. As a business owner, professionalism and communication matter, and unfortunately this experience reflected very poorly on this location.
