Unfortunately, this location consistently provides poor customer service. The staff often come across as impatient and dismissive, making customers feel like they’re an inconvenience rather than people they’re there to help. When I asked simple questions, I was made to feel as though I should already know the answers. The interactions felt unnecessarily rude, and I left feeling unwelcome. I was also disappointed by the lack of care shown when handling packages. I don’t write negative reviews lightly, but after multiple experiences like this, I can’t recommend this location. If you have another USPS office nearby, I’d suggest trying that instead. Otherwise, you may have a better experience with UPS or FedEx.
