Stopped by Landrum USPS and lady was extremely helpful, helped locate a package, and helped out with delivery. In my book it A+ customer service!!!

Insane I called 800 Ask USPS they said that person gave me false information! The reason they don’t like processing pkg’s that don’t have the same zip ie: Landrum’s is because they don’t get full credit for the scan BUT they do get partial credit! I was told by 800 Ask USPS that I can take it anywhere I choose because USPS is all ONE not individual! Oh my gosh! Talk about horrible customer service! I’m cancelling my PO Box out of there and will go to Columbus Post office from now on! I wish I could give it no stars!

If you have time sensitive material you're mailing ... DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. By far one of the worst experiences I've ever had with the USPS. Not only will I not ever visit this branch again ... these folks have caused my complete boycott of the USPS. They will not see one more penny of my money. If I could rate negative stars I would.
