- MVMarc VenturellaSep 8, 20261.0Ever since the new owners bought it, they like to nickel and dime you to death. they throw a lot of little charges for instance today I forgot to put a piece of scotch tape on the box and they charged me two dollars to do that!!! Even the post office helps you with tape! Go to the other UPS stores they don’t charge you for every little bit.
- MOMorgan OvermanAug 17, 20261.0stopped by while doing some business in the area to simply print a paper. the employees were all rude & then I was told it would be $3.51 to print a single paper. any UPS store i’ve ever been to has charged $1. I proceeded to ask why the cost is higher here, I was ignored while the girl shouted at another customer. I turned around and left, next thing I know the girl is at my car window, telling me my payment didn’t go through and demanding I returned the label, which I never received. The $3 must come directly out of her paycheck. yikes 😟 UPDATE — went to the UPS store in indian land and it was only .25 cents.
