  Was given a delivery window of 3-7pm. 6:45 approached and I was transferred 5 different times telling me they can’t give me an update. Finally at 7:02pm someone tells me there was a delay earlier in the day which lead to a trickle down of delays - you would think they would then contact the customers to let them know the delay. This same person also told me the truck will be to my home within 45 minutes to an hour. I’m not sitting here another hour and a half later with no update. So I call the number again and they said the delivery needs to be delivered on 2 days from now. Absolutely horrible customer service and communication. Don’t trust your delivery window or what the dispatcher tells you.

  I have been waiting for my mattresses and adjustable bed frames that I require due to severe pain for 21 days on Hard Hold.. Ever since I attended the US Naval Academy I had a lot of medical issues. I pushed through worked as a chemical engineer in Austin, Tx. I went 70% deaf in seconds on 9/11. That’s the nature of my private disability; well Ménière’s; I have vertigo; balance disorder; lost most of my hearing; extreme sensitivity to sound. But other issues cause extreme pain.. Since RXO prides themselves on diversity I asked if there was atleast 1 woman on the crew. I am in Myrtle Beach. Everything has been through email; but I got a phone call at 7:06 pm 21 days ago from a manager in Charleston; I am in Myrtle Beach. I don’t get calls streamed through my 2-65 db Cochlear Implants. If I do; I scream ; my service dog is startled. 70 db is deafening; I might have a TBI or lose more hearing and have more ringing. My phone is for streaming tv; or tinnitus apps; not for the wrong pitch giving me a Ménière’s attack at 7:06 pm; not understanding woman in the workforce; so I had an attack. Since then; my mattresses and frames are in a Hard Hold, every week through chat assured it is released; but they never are. “It’s held up in “Upper Management “ but you can call this phone number ma’am; no; I just identified myself as deaf”. So will I ever get my mattresses and frames my doctors keep asking about??? The pain is absolutely unbearable!!! I keep getting assured the hold is lifted; I tell Casper all good; but someone ; or something is holding them up. someone wants me to call them; a deaf woman; that they know can’t call… that’s crazy! I just don’t understand! My doctors keep asking me 2-3 times per week for 3 weeks where are my mattresses … what do I say? Besides Hard Hold due to Upper Management; can’t call; not given any other way to contact. The Chat can only try, but someone keeps stoping it. I have screenshots of all the Chats; are they lost? Or is something else going on? My back really hurts; I have no where to get answers; unless I call; but I cannot call. I am in extreme pain! Can you please tell me where my mattresses are? I have assured that an all male crew is fantastic; it’s all in the Notes on Chat; but the pain is getting severe!!!

  The delivery process was exceptional from the initial call to set up delivery to actual delivery. The two employees delivering my Peloton were very professional. The time setting up the equipment was minimal. I was very pleased.

  The microwave was delivered as promised with courteous service. This microwave has many sensor options which take the gueww work out of using the microwave.
