I'm up everyday by 8am not once has she knocked on any of the doors attached to our house to tell us we have a letter that needs to be signed for. I've received four notices that they knocked and no one was home to sign. This is a complete lie because no one has once knocked on our door.

I'm in Australia and called them, only to be told that it they have NO idea where it has gone. They'll check the warehouse but can't call me, obviously they can't figure out +61 is the code so I gave them my email. Still haven't heard from them and still no package. Disgusting service and obviously hires theives for couriers!
