  I have never experienced customer service this awful. The staff at the front were unbelievably rude, dismissive, and acted like helping customers was a burden. Basic manners and professionalism seemed completely nonexistent. If you work with the public, being respectful should be the bare minimum. Instead, I was met with attitude, impatience, and a complete lack of courtesy. It honestly felt like they didn’t want to be there, and they made sure the customers felt unwelcome too. Management seriously needs to address the behavior of the front desk employees because no one should be treated this way. If this is how they treat customers, they should reconsider whether customer service is the right job for them. I won’t be returning, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone expecting basic kindness or respect.

  If the guy is working it’s a wonderful place. When it’s just the two girls that work here they’re an absolute nightmare. Horrific to be around and completely unfavorable as soon as you walk in the door. It’s clear that this is due to staffing issues because these girls are not made for client facing roles.

  I came into this location for what should have been a 2-minute drop-off: a prepaid label and a return… nothing complicated. When I explained I was returning a pair of shoes (Amazon/Shop app return, prepaid label), the employee, who told me her name was Juelle, tried to charge me $13 to put the shoe box into packaging. I’d done this exact same return at another UPS store days earlier for the exact same product and paid nothing. When I mentioned that, it turned into an argument. She then told me she wouldn’t be helping me at all and that I’d need to use the self-serve kiosk instead. She said this while making rude remarks, and it escalated from there. When I asked if I had done something wrong, she raised her voice and said, “No, ma’am, I’m actually being quite nice to you” — while still yelling and pointing her finger in my face. She handed me a business card with the store’s phone number and email highlighted and told me to “take it up with” those contacts. When I tried calling, the line was busy every time. It didn’t inspire confidence that the only way to escalate was through that same store’s own email and phone line — since store employees appear to have access to that inbox, I have to assume complaints sent there may never actually reach the owner or a manager. I ended up not dropping my package at this location at all — I didn’t feel comfortable leaving it, or my information, with them. I left the store visibly shaking. Looking through other reviews for this location afterward, I noticed several others describing similar run-ins with “two angry women” behind the counter, so this doesn’t appear to be an isolated incident. I run a small business and have a UPS business account, so I’m in and out of UPS stores regularly — this is genuinely the first time I’ve had an experience like this, and it’s a sharp contrast to the professionalism I’ve come to expect from other locations. I took my package to another UPS store afterward and the same return was free, as expected. I’ve already filed a complaint with UPS corporate. I’d think twice before using this specific location again.

  Worst UPS Store I've ever been to and I've been to dozens. Always understaffed. Two ladies that were "working' were unhelpful, rude, indifferent and don't answer the phone even when the store is completely empty. Almost everything is self service. They even insisted that I place the package on the scale for them and wouldn't even print a drop off receipt for me. The answer to everything is "use the self service kiosks." Unfortunately it is right across the street from my apartment so I am subjected to this almost every week...

  I have been going to this one for a while and had never had any issues until just this last week. I had to drop off an AT&T router by a specific date (and I did literally 4 days before the date) or else I’d get charged by AT&T if it wasn’t sent out by that specific date. The girl at the front counter was rude when I asked her to repeat what she had asked me because I hadn’t heard her, so we had an awkward rude exchange. Now I have the receipt that shows gave it to UPS before the date, but I said to myself as I left that I’ll bet she won’t send it out and sure enough, a whole 7 days later after bringing it there, I get a message from AT&T stating they don’t have it and now I’m being charged for it. So this morning I went back and read recent reviews on this place, and not to my surprise other people have been having issues with this rude employee for a good month at minimum now. Management needs to do better if they want to keep customers coming back.
