I called the PO and spoke to Barbara, who instructed me how to proceed. About 15 minutes after our conversation, she took the time to call me back informing me she found it and I would need to sign for it (I was not aware it was certified until this second conversation). I told her I would be in to pick it up the next day, and she assured me it would be there. She saved me the potential of missing it again or other inconvenience. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated this extra effort. It was a big deal!
