Some of the counter staff and very friendly and helpful and some are just outright rude and extremely unprofessional. I visited recently and both times the same lady “helped” me, I asked a few questions and she seemed like I was totally bothering her, she even rolled her eyes at one point. I actually don’t think she even knows she’s doing it as when I asked was there an issue she seemed unphased like this was just a normal situation. I wish I could get the same guy every time I go in. But I’m really looking at trying to find another post office as this place is just unpleasant most of the time sadly. I did call the location recently and after waiting 45 minutes on hold I gave up trying.
