Both ladies went above and beyond to help me correct an error with my last name, and they handled the situation with professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness. They took the time to explain the process, ensured everything was corrected properly, and made what could have been a stressful experience quick and easy. Their exceptional customer service and willingness to help truly made a difference. The Inman Post Office is fortunate to have employees like April and Beth. Thank you both for your dedication and for providing such outstanding service. You are greatly appreciated!
- SSSousukeMay 6, 20261.0Horrible postal service bills never make it on time. Important mail gets lost or never makes it to you. They have a total lack of empathy when it comes to there mistakes and mishaps that cost you in the end. They should be retrained or completely shut down for all the people having to take loss after loss. Money checks from companies have never made it to my address after we could clearly see them in the online mail check.this place should have 0.4 rating but some of the good folks in Inman are to nice and try to be understanding but for what it's worth if you can make it to another post office please save your self the trouble because they want care anyhow. Even the p.o box sucks. They should just demolition the whole building and start over with whole new staff. Maybe something would change.

I indicated the Federal website stated these services were available until 4:30pm. The clerk was extremely and rude and made that I the customer was there to have this service as if I was the incompetent one.
