- KMKaren McLainSep 27, 20265.0Always busy yet the employees are pleasant and efficient. They go out of their way to focus on the customer they are serving yet keep in mind that others are waiting. I always choose this location.
- LWLibby WayneSep 10, 20261.0I wish I could give a 0. Customer service was lacking, I was quoted a price and then charged more. The employee who assisted (haha) me was not versed in helping customers navigate how the customer wants something done. I would love a refund, but I'm done with them. I went to another UPS store and they were much kinder, did exactly what I wanted done, and I paid 1/3 of the price as theirs. Not happy at all. I spoke with the owner on the phone about this and she said they would train their employees better.

When I asked to see the camera to see if she had the picture of my son deleted. She didn’t wanna show me and said to me there’s no way to prove. Don’t recommend this place.
- DSDavid SJul 2, 20262.0Worst customer service ice received at a UPS store, Clarice and Kukilla wouldn't allow me to use their tape to close off a single box. At max that's a .05¢ cost to the store to lose a loyal customer to this specific location. Haven't had problems with any other location I've visited.
