- JPJen PritzlFeb 24, 20261.0I'd give them NOTHING if I could. Do not go there for a passport. First of all, I was early for my appointment and the lady behind the counter told me to wait in the lobby...there isn't a lobby. There is an entrance only, and there weren't any customers at all. Then, the lady who "helped" me with my passport was rude, she rushed me through the entire process and did not take the time to explain anything to me. On top of it all, she took the wrong information so I had to pay even more money to send the correct information priority mail because of her incompetence! Do NOT go here. Unacceptable service!

The way they treat customers is unacceptable- I've not only experienced first hand but I have watched them treat other folks poorly. Disgusting.
- MFMajella FunderburkOct 4, 20221.0This is literally one of the worst post offices I have ever been to. The employees are always rude and short with you. Today I tried to mail off a package and I had a prepaid label to put on my package. I asked the lady, “do you have any tape I could use to put this on the package.” She looked at me and said are you going to buy the tape? I’m sorry, but what post office doesn’t provide tape for you to put a label on? She ended up putting it on for me but what was the point of that comment? And the rudeness wasn’t caled for.
