- KWKaren WhitmireJun 9, 20202.0All of our carriers are excellent except one and I think she’s our primary carrier. I’ve told her multiple times that I’m a day sleeper, but she continues to pull up and blow the horn to get me to come outside to get anything that is too large for our mailbox, and I have the largest residential mailbox that I could find. I’ve also told her multiple times that I’m disabled and it’s very difficult for me to go up and down the front stairs. Besides, if it’s too big for the mailbox then there’s no way I can carry it from her truck back up the stairs by myself. Everyone else just puts it on the porch, no question. One time I had three small boxes and she pulled her truck up beside my stairs and she threw three small boxes out her window onto my porch and one was prominently marked FRAGILE. She’s just plain lazy.
