She helped me navigate ( choosing correct postage, correct type of boxes and/or bags) which items would be best for my shipments. Aisha was respectful, as well as helpful, even tho I may have been slightly upset about this process! She calmed all my nerves and she handled all my questions and concerns like the professional she is!! Aisha has made this trip to the post office worth it. Very rare to encounter someone (especially in customer service fields) who is dedicated, caring, and also takes pride in helping others. I highly recommend this post office.....thank you again Aisha!!!

She had such a calming nature, was very willing and able to provide answers and solutions, and efficient with multi tasking taking up trash while also helping customers. I wish I would’ve gotten her name so I could give her credit directly.

Her sweet demeanor eased the stress of shuffling paperwork and documents. She couldn’t have been nicer and was so knowledgeable about what we should be doing.
